In January 2014, Open Pit's new play Leave a Message (après le bip) was commissioned by Nakai Theatre to perform in the Pivot Theatre Festival in Whitehorse, YT.

Leave a Message (après le bip) tells the story of Claire's final journey. Her inability to connect in a setting that numbs her leads Claire on a constant quest for more. As loneliness becomes her country and her fascination with death deepens, Claire grows deaf to voices that care and travels North for one last adventure. Way up there, the unexpected happens.
